If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days following the reception of your order to contact us with your order number and the reason for return.


Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable

We will pay for the return shipping charges only for the following problems : 

  • If you received the wrong item by mistake. Whether it’s the wrong style, color or size, we will exchange it for the correct item and pay for the shipping costs. 
    However, the item must be returned within the 7 days following the reception of your order. 

  • If the item has a manufacturers default. We will exchange the item and pay the return shipping. 
    However, the item must be returned within the 7 days following the reception of your order.

When proceeding with an exchange as a result of any kind of dissatisfaction or if the product received was not the right one, all items returned that are broken, missing pieces or without their original packaging will not be credited. Please verify that all parts are in the original packaging before returning the item. Please be advised that a restocking fee of 15% will be required for all returns of more than 5 items. The latter does not apply to items that were received broken or items that were received as mistakes. 

Once received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed. All refunds will be credited on the original method of payment.
